I have been making photos since I was little. I was gifted my first camera at age 11 when my grandfather taught me how to take flower photography, bleeding heart flowers were my favorite!

When I say “making” a photo, I mean that I don’t simply take photos; a lot goes into my photography. I try to be intentional with everything, whether it be the angle of a building and how I can move my camera to make it more interesting or the curation of a commercial photo shoot. Movement and blur is also something I admire in fine art photography as it makes the photo all the more tangible feeling. I also am a fan of developing prints in the darkroom.
